Today, the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste Political Action Committee (CCAGW PAC) announced its endorsement of former Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel for election to the House of Representatives from Georgia’s 6th Congressional District.
Karen Handel is running against Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff. CCAGW PAC based its endorsement of Secretary Handel on her answers to the CCAGW PAC Candidate Questionnaire, which were consistent with the organization’s principles and in harmony with CCAGW PAC’s support for fiscal restraint and opposition to costly government mandates and regulations. The candidate questionnaire can be found online at www.ccagwpac.org/questionnaire.
CCAGW PAC Chairman Tom Schatz said, “I urge Georgians to vote for Karen Handel on June 20 so that she may join the fight to restore accountability and fiscal discipline to the nation’s capital.”
CCAGW PAC is affiliated with the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste, a 501(c)(4) organization. CCAGW PAC’s mission is to support political candidates who will fight to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in government and represent the best interests of taxpayers.
